Step 1:
If you know what you want to try, tell us and our Costume Ambassadors will help you to pick it out. Most of our costumes come in packaged sets, which include wigs, headpieces, costume accessories or props. Most importantly, enjoy the experience of trying on our costumes!
Step 2:
You have found the one you want! Reserve that costume by paying 50% of the rental fee. We’ll set aside your costume so no one else can rent it. The fee can be transferred to another costume ONE TIME, if you change your mind, but it is not refundable.
Step 3:
On pick-up day, you will need to pay: A) The balance of the Rental fee (Total Rental Fee minus the Reservation Fee); and B) The Security Refundable Deposit. A cash or NETS deposit of $100.00 - $200.00 per costume will be needed as a Security Refundable Deposit.
Step 4:
On return day, your Security Refundable Deposit will be returned to you if you have returned all of the pieces in good shape and on time.
Plenty! We've got a wide-range of costumes in different themes and sizes, for both males and females (including cross-dressing options). Not only do our costumes look good, they are also maintained with a strict quality control, hence ensuring that they are always clean and looking as-new. Here are some of our suggested themes:

Our prices for full costume sets range from $90.00 - $200.00 depending on the costume design and accessories. Full-set costumes typically include matching wigs, headpieces, costume jewelleries, hats, or props. Shoes or boots are also inclusive for special costumes. Our Costume Ambassadors will always be there to help you dress up in style.
Our rental rates are for a standard 3-Days, 2-Nights. This is to ensure that you won't have to rush to return our costumes.
We recommend that you collect your reserved costumes 1 day before your event and return it the next following day. We also do allow long term rentals. Our 5-Days rental fee is 1.5X the standard 3-Days fee. For a 7-Days rental, the fee is 1.8X the standard 3-Days rental fee.
We reserve the right to collect any late return surcharges to the costumes, which may include the forfeiture of the Security Refundable Deposit.
